Very interesting book, especially for those that work in multicultural environments. I do recommend it!! and Im sure I will keep going back to it to check/compare the scales in my day-to-day work life. I do not assign 5 stars because it lacks offering a digital version (a simple link to an Excel sheet would be enough) of the different scales so that they can be put into practice as part of the book purchase. Erin Meyer offers an online paid tool on her webpage though.
