I am quite close to saying it’s one of the best books I’ve read by far. The boys of tomen series has something different, it’s slow and I like how the process is not speed up. I’ve just finished the book and I can’t even think about going on with my life. I’m complete engaged. Furthermore I loved how it’s not talking about sex but a complicated platonic love which is meant for each other. I am truly amazed on how the writer took her time on making them bond and making their souls combine into something beautiful. I have to say I loved how the book didn’t fail to make me shed a tear but it has a rare effect on me. It actually made me laugh!!! That’s a rare thing, I’ve got quite a weird sense of humor when it comes to this. But this book made me burst out of laughter. About the characters, I am truly in awe with gibsie and Johnny. LOVE LOVE LOVE their friendship. They are more than friends. They are brothers. About Johnny, WHAT A MAN YOU ARE. I love how he stood up for Shannons honour no matter the price he had to pay. I think any woman would desire him by his attitude. Looks are not even worth when you can’t stand for your girl in my opinion. About the ending, it has me biting my nails. What is going to happen with Shannon, will she recover ? Will the Lynch children have to leave home? Will Johnny go back to playing? Will they start a relationship? What about sex? To many QUESTIONS. I have to read the book now! 5/5 stars. Really really loved it! I’d say one of the books this year! - Binding 13, p. 0
